so far i am unhappy with service as have been waiting 3 to 4 weeks for activation and they told me to contact them cause there was a problem with bt but it is now resolved and i cant contact them as their customer services is always busy so i complained to ofcom and otelo and they are looking into it for me and will try to get e7 to do something.

The lines been activated and work ok for the moment.
